Combat Paper will be at the Niagara County Community College this Tuesday and you should all come by. They collaborate with veterans to make art and help them cope with life after combat by making paper from scraps of their old uniforms. They came to talk to Adele's Topics in Print class last year and they seemed like really great people. You guys should check out their site and come on Tuesday. We will be carpooling from the printmaking labs on Tuesday (next week) at 5:45. I imagine we will return to campus by 8:30 or 9PM. All are welcome. Ask your students to let me know if they want to join us, and if they need a ride or can drive. It is about 30 minutes (maybe less) from UB. They can email me at adeleh@buffalo.edu
